Job Title: Manufacturing Tech I
Location: On-Site - Dallas, TX
Employment Type: Temp to Direct
Industry: Defense & Aerospace
Compensation: $22.00/hr
Shift: 1st (will train on 1st for several months, then will likely move to another shift)
Schedule: 9x80 6:00am-3:30pm (every other Friday off)
About the Opportunity:
Step into a dynamic role where you'll assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems that support cutting-edge products and technologies. You'll collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to bring designs to life while ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are met. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, hands-on work, and adapting to evolving production priorities.
What You'll Do:
  • Perform electro-mechanical assembly, disassembly, rework, and repair of electronic and mechanical assemblies
  • Interpret complex wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions to support build and test activities
  • Test, troubleshoot, and validate electronic, optical, and mechanical products, including prototypes and production units
  • Provide technical support to engineers and scientists on components, materials, and processes
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and all applicable state, federal, and certification requirements
  • Inspect finished products to verify quality standards, including pass/fail criteria, and document results
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain workflow efficiency while managing multiple priorities and meeting production deadlines

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • 1 year of demonstrating fine motor skills
  • 6 months working in a Clean Room environment
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience with semiconductor manufacturing
  • Experience with a Clean Room Environment
  • Strong decision-making and leadership skills
  • Experience with handing small delicate components
  • Experience with bonding and soldering small components
  • Experience handling safe chemicals.

  • Must be flexible to other shifts/schedules as needs of the business change
