Description Job Title: Manufacturing Tech I Location: On-Site - Dallas, TX Employment Type: Temp to Direct Industry: Defense & Aerospace Compensation: $22.00/hr Shift: 1st (will train on 1st for several months, then will likely move to another shift) Schedule: 9x80 6:00am-3:30pm (every other Friday off) About the Opportunity: Step into a dynamic role where you'll assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems that support cutting-edge products and technologies. You'll collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to bring designs to life while ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are met. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma 1 year of manufacturing experience 1 year of demonstrating fine motor skills 6 months working in a Clean Room environment What Sets You Apart: Experience with semiconductor manufacturing Experience with a Clean Room Environment Strong decision-making and leadership skills Experience with handing small delicate components Experience with bonding and soldering small components Experience handling safe chemicals.
