Schedule: M-F, 3:30 PM-12:00 AM

In this role, you'll work from detailed technical data to assemble, test, and troubleshoot components while ensuring strict adherence to quality and regulatory standards. What You'll Do:
  • Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly of mechanical and electronic components, including modules, boards, panels, frames, and cables
  • Interpret diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings to support assembly, layout design, and build processes
  • Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and fixtures to complete precise assembly tasks
  • Conduct in-process and final quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
  • Disassemble, modify, rework, and test prototype or experimental assemblies under simulated conditions
  • Follow FAA-approved procedures, OEM guidelines, and technical manuals to ensure compliant and accurate builds
  • Complete required documentation and coordinate with Quality Assurance for inspections and airworthiness certification

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2-4 years of experience in aviation or aerospace assembly
  • 2-4 years of experience in assembly of aircraft structures
  • 2-4 years of experience using tech data and aircraft drawings to locate part numbers and accomplish repairs
What Sets You Apart:
  • Good decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Experience with avionics and flight controls.
  • Proficient in riveting, installing related hardware, using precision instruments, and utilizing hand tools to perform these tasks.
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Ability to work different shifts and flexible hours if needed.
