Data Entry Clerk - Suffolk, VA

IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, seeking Data Entry Clerk, Suffolk, Virginia.

Job Summary

• Prepares, sorts, and completes data entry of documents provided by Purchasing and Accounts Payable departments
• Reviews data for deficiencies or errors and verifies data by comparing to source documents
• Retrieves data from database or electronic files as requested
• Sorts, organizes, and files paper documents after data entry
• Completes other clerical duties in support of Operations and Accounting departments.

Qualifications

• Proficient/current knowledge of computer systems and MS Office
• Basic understanding of databases
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to work under time constraints
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles, and drug-test as may be required per federal or client contract, or DOT policy.
