The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career tax professional to gain hands-on experience within a corporate tax function while working alongside experienced leaders and external advisors. You'll be exposed to a broad range of tax activities-from compliance and reporting to audit support and special projects-giving you a well-rounded foundation for long-term growth in tax.



What You'll Do

  • Partner with accounting, finance, and legal teams to gather and analyze data for tax reporting and compliance
  • Support the preparation of the annual tax provision and year-end close process
  • Prepare and maintain tax workpapers and supporting documentation
  • Assist in the review of federal, state, and local income tax returns prepared by external advisors
  • Help coordinate with external tax firms and respond to audit requests
  • Research tax regulations and assist in resolving tax notices
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual tax reporting processes
  • Support compliance for Forms 1042 and 1042-S
  • Assist with special projects, including process improvements and M&A-related data requests
  • Help manage annual reports, tax registrations, and filings



What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of tax experience (public accounting or corporate tax preferred)
  • Foundational knowledge of corporate income tax and accounting principles
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
