Position Summary: JMT is currently seeking an Electrical Construction Inspector to carry out Construction Management and Inspection Services in the Pittsburgh, PA region. Projects may include public housing, education, airport, rail/transportation and/or other public building projects. Experience should include inspection of various building systems and/or electrical equipment/systems such as electric motors, power distribution, emergency generators, electrical switchgear, distribution panels, fire alarm systems, disconnect switches, conduit, wiring, and HVAC controls/building management systems (BMS). Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification. Working Conditions Work is performed primarily in the field. Ability to extensively perform bending, kneeling, standing, shoveling, and lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 25 lbs as needed.
