Mustang Cat is urgently hiring for a Service Operations Manager in Lufkin, Texas to supervise the Parts, Sales, and Service of Caterpillar industrial equipment and power systems. The Service Operations Manager is responsible for leadership and management over Mustang Cat's Lufkin branch location. Service Operations Manager Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree majoring in business, industrial, or mechanically related field Working knowledge of Parts, Sales, and Service of Caterpillar industrial equipment and power systems Will consider previous work and management experience in lieu of educational requirements Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated management experience and proven leadership ability Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Be able to motivate and be a part of a team Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with and relate to customers and their needs Excellent computer skills, with experience using all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other Database systems Check out the Mustang Cat Anthem to see our mission in action!
