Responsibilities
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including HRIS updates, benefits enrollment, and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and ensure compliance with record retention requirements
- Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination
- Manage HR systems and employee data updates in ADP and other internal platforms
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, policies, and HR-related matters
- Coordinate with Payroll, Accounting, IT, and vendors to ensure timely processing of employee changes and invoices
- Prepare HR reports including headcount, organizational charts, new hires, terminations, and workforce updates
- Support employee engagement activities, company events, trainings, and HR programs
- Assist with compliance tracking, audits, training records, and personnel file management
- Support office and administrative operations including badges, seating charts, business cards, and equipment tracking
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and company information
- Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications / Education
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with ADP and/or other HRIS and payroll systems preferred
- Working knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- HR Certification and/or PHR certification preferred
