We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior* Financial Analyst* to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and delivering actionable insights that support key business decisions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in evaluating financial performance, forecasting future trends, and driving value through effective planning and analysis. Key Responsibilities * Analyze financial results and provide insights to support strategic decision-making * Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and presentations * Evaluate financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities * Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and business planning * Lead the preparation of investment requests, including financial analysis and business case development * Track project performance and ensure alignment with financial objectives * Monitor and report on value realization for key initiatives and investments * Assist in annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes * Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners to provide financial guidance * Support continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting capabilities Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) * 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related role * Strong financial modeling and analytical skills * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools) * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills * Experience with investment analysis and capital planning * Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) * Experience working in a cross-functional or matrixed organization Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.45 - $40.45/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
