Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Shift: 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM | Monday - Friday

You'll be the one owning the daily hustle. Do you have what it takes?

• 2-5 years of manufacturing lead or supervisory experience
• Forklift experience required, including sit-down propane forklift operation
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, KPIs, and technical documents
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Help supervise and coordinate daily production activities
• Monitor workflow, labor utilization, and equipment performance to maximize productivity
• Ensure production schedules, output goals, and quality standards are consistently met
• Enforce workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
• Train and support production employees on processes and best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and assist with corrective actions
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects
• Maintain housekeeping and organization standards throughout the production floor
