Job Description: Job Summary: The Head of Transformation AHNA is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the company's regional strategic roadmap. Working closely with the Senior Leadership team and Airbus America's HO Strategy and Transformation, they facilitate growth and transformation plans across Airbus Helicopter North America's (AHNA) regional entities. The role drives key initiatives in business development, innovation, and people-centered engagement to ensure alignment with overarching corporate objectives. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, the HO Transformation AHNA provides critical competitive intelligence and strategic support to the Executive Committee. Primary Responsibilities: Transformation & Digitalization: 40%
Manage AHNA's transformation roadmap including innovation and digitalization workstreams Execute regional initiatives and the associated change management plan including the site development planning process (SDP). Partner with operations and shared service functions to foster regional US/Canada integration and provide dynamic coordination across business units and shared services functions. Manage internal stakeholders to market initiatives and build ad hoc business cases for integration and/or collaboration Define best practices and performance metrics to drive organization-wide process standardization Optimize business processes to drive efficiency Contribute to a robust One Roof model in North America Support the integration of digital tools within transformation projects Champion transformation to drive engagement and adoption Cascade objectives and coordinate actions from Airbus Group and Airbus Helicopters' Mother Company:

Support the formulation and execution of AHNA's roadmap, ensuring alignment between the "current state" desired "future state" Support the development and track the execution of AHNA's Regional strategic plan in North America Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to define Top Company Objectives for AHNA Lead strategic market assessments to propose and implement customer strategies for core and growth segments Identify M&A opportunities to support AHNA's growth and manage related operations Enhance M&A and strategic sourcing by building partnerships with key market players and a network of industry intermediaries Collaborate with finance to analyse financial models for potential acquisitions Facilitate coordination to ensure strategic alignment among the AHNA executive leadership team

Lead the gathering, evaluation, and dissemination of intelligence pertaining to aeronautics, lawmakers and regional actions and intentions in support of AHNA Translate complex market dynamics and competitor movements into actionable intelligence for the senior leadership team and functional leads Facilitate organization-wide knowledge sharing on the competition, market trends, and findings via business intelligence tools and executive presentations Contribute to the development of an intelligence community within North America and worldwide Airbus entities Represent AHNA within the Airbus Group Intelligence network

Direct management and professional development of 8 exempt reports, overseeing the specialized Strategy, Transformation, and Competitive Intelligence teams for the region. Indirect responsibility for capital allocation by analyzing financial models for M&A, identifying growth prospects, and building business cases for regional integration and transformation. Oversight of the Site Development Planning (SDP) process and the "One Roof" model, directly influencing the company's physical footprint and operational efficiency in North America. High-level responsibility for the collection and dissemination of confidential competitive intelligence, serving as a critical data advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee. Authority to propose and implement customer strategies for core and growth segments, while managing high-stakes relationships with strategic partners and industry think tanks like the Atlantic Council.
