Position Summary

Assist in managing the organization's financial activities, including cash management, investments, and risk mitigation. Monitor daily cash balances and transactions in company accounts. Position reports to the Assistant Controller.



Responsibilities

    Assist with cash forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
  • Interface with banks and financial institutions, ensuring smooth transactions and communications to include but not limited to accounts, banking products, annual KYC reporting, electronic payments and reconciliation.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments. Support efforts to identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency exposures and interest rate fluctuations.
  • Prepare regular reports on treasury-related activities such as cash position, investment performance, and debt levels.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and covenants associated with debt or other financial instruments.
  • Participate in treasury or finance-related projects, such as system implementations, financial analysis, or process improvements.
  • Process accounts payable for corporate office.
  • Prepare and monitor reports for revolver / term loan
  • Assist with annual external audit(s).


Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 - 4+ years of related work experience
  • BA or BBA in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Advanced Excel skills such as lookups and pivots
  • Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate excel skills
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Experience with Sage (MAS) 500; SEI (Sage Enterprise Intelligence) a plus
