What to Expect

In this role you will be a key technical member of a cross-functional Product & Applications Engineering team, with the mission to create the best energy products in the world. You will be at the intersection between Engineering Design, Testing, Sales, Service, and Installation teams. Scope of work will include electrical, and mechanical; then translating these into creative solutions to improve customer experience and drive product excellence.

Ability to flexibly apply product expertise and technical reasoning to a variety of projects and processes is a must, along with excellent written and verbal communication. What You'll Bring
  • Hands-on engineering experience 3+ years

  • Hands-on experience with electrical wiring, construction, or product development

  • Hands-on project management and organization experience

  • Hands-on experience building and making hardware

  • Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals - mechanical, electrical, and thermal

  • Experience designing and installing solar & energy storage systems (utility scale)

  • Medium voltage electrical design or install

  • Energy storage system architecture and inverter technology

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalentexperience

    Expected Compensation
    $109,600 - $195,600/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
