At 365 Equipment & Supply, a division of Pepper Construction, it is our mission to offer sales and rentals of the best building supply products and construction equipment in Chicagoland and beyond. We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee a growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience as an accountant, preferably in a senior role. As a strong communicator and skilled financial analyst, this person will streamline our budgeting, manage day-to-day accounting functions and staff, and financial reporting processes. The Controller will also develop and produce financial status reports for senior managers to help improve our operational efficiency and aid in our continued growth. This position is hybrid with one day remote and is based in our Des Plaines, IL location. What You Will Do:

The salary midpoint for this role is $160,000 + bonus. We consider many factors when determining the actual hiring salary. These factors may include location, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, internal equity, and market demands.
