Your Job

Molex LLC is seeking a Global Logistics Manager - OCG that will be responsible for endtoend logistics execution across multiple manufacturing sites and distribution centers worldwide. This role ensures the efficient movement of raw materials, subassemblies, finished fiber optic cable assemblies, and customer shipments while maintaining high service levels, cost discipline, and regulatory compliance.

This position owns global distribution center operations, outbound customer fulfillment, and sitetosite material flows, working closely with manufacturing, planning, procurement, quality, and commercial teams to support ontime delivery and scalable growth.

Location: Hybrid position with minimum of 3 days/week on site at any of our US Molex locations, with preference out of Hudson, WI or Lisle, IL. Remote considered for individuals with 15+ years of global logistics experience.

You will join a global operations and supply chain organization supporting fiber optic manufacturing and customer fulfillment worldwide. The team partners closely with manufacturing, planning, procurement, quality, and commercial teams to deliver on customer commitments and enable longterm growth.

What You Will Do

  • Lead global logistics execution across manufacturing sites and distribution centers, ensuring reliable material flow and customer fulfillment
  • Define and execute logistics strategies that support fiber optic cable assembly, customization, and buildtoorder environments
  • Provide operational leadership for global and regional distribution centers, driving fulfillment accuracy, inventory integrity, and efficient material handling
  • Ensure ontime, infull (OTIF) delivery performance for domestic and international customers through effective outbound logistics execution
  • Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to balance service, cost, and flexibility
  • Partner with manufacturing, planning, and engineering teams to align logistics execution with production schedules and assembly requirements
  • Maintain visibility and control of global inventory across plants and distribution centers, supporting optimization and traceability
  • Lead logistics cost management, freight optimization, and budget ownership while maintaining service expectations
  • Establish, monitor, and improve logistics performance through KPIs including OTIF, freight cost, inventory turns, lead times, and DC productivity
  • Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, export controls, Incoterms, and customerspecific shipping requirements
  • Identify logistics risks and lead mitigation strategies related to capacity, transportation disruptions, or supply interruptions
  • Lead, develop, and mentor logistics and distribution center teams across regions while influencing crossfunctional stakeholders globally

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Engineering.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in global logistics or supply chain management.
  • Experience managing multisite logistics and distribution center operations.
  • Background in manufacturingdriven logistics, preferably cable assembly, electronics, or precision manufacturing.
  • Experience managing customer shipments and international freight.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with fiber optic cable assemblies or telecommunications products.
  • Knowledge of global trade compliance requirements and Incoterms.
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • APICS / ASCM certification (CSCP, CPIM).
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience within logistics or distribution environments.

In order to comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations, this position requires applicants to either provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or be eligible to receive an export authorization (a license) under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.

For this role, we anticipate paying $135,000 - $165,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
