As a Security Officer Driving Role Patrols in Culver City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting observations to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, parking locations, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support a professional environment, assist with foot traffic, and address policy-related issues as needed.
• Assist with security-related responses involving trespassing, loitering, after-hours activity, and/or customer or tenant concerns while maintaining professional communication with all parties involved.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
