The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $160,888 - $224,400 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications:HR Technology: Drive consistent adoption and optimization of HR technology solutions globally, enhancing efficiency and end user experience. Ensure the needs of the business are defined, develop effective solutions, and drive successful implementation. Collaborate across the KION Group to contribute to the development and realization of the HR technology strategy. Manage implementation projects to deliver to the technology landscape of the future. Lead a global team, ensuring the quality of HR Technology systems and customer service. Partner with Workday owners within KION to represent Dematic business requirements and ensure successful implementation. HR Operations: Collaborate with HR Leadership to continuously improve HR Operations. Implement HR Operations and central services for a standardized and efficient delivery of HR operational processes which fully meet local, regional, and global needs. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HR systems. Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR functions. Collaboration and People Leadership: Partner with leadership team to design and implement effective strategies. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the KION organization to align HR strategies with business objectives. Foster partnerships with business leaders to understand and address HR needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for human resource systems. HR policies and practices: Supervise and mentor HR technology and operations leaders and team members. Manage advanced, global, large-scale Human Resource Technology projects across global matrices. Requires a Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Information Systems Specialist, Human Resources Technology Analyst, Data Scientist, or closely related occupation. Or, in the alternative, a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering or related field and 7 years of experience as a Human Resources Information Systems Specialist, Human Resources Technology Analyst, Data Scientist, or closely related occupation. Also requires 3 years of experience in a global, multinational environment with Workday or similar human capital management system (such as Oracle or PeopleSoft) and foundational HR functions within an HCM system including Payroll and Benefits, Strategic Planning, Team Leadership, Policy Development, and Compliance. Requires 3 years of experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Visio. Up to 15% domestic travel for team and project collaboration to various unanticipated locations.
