Meet the Team

The Global Comms Enablement team is the central hub for the Global Communications team and our extended comms partners, as well as spokespeople across Cisco - connecting information, resources, and people. We build and manage the systems, processes, and dynamic teams that enable agility, speed, and clarity. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with other teams in the Global Comms Strategy, Planning & Operations org and regularly partner with members across all the functions within Global Comms.

This role sits at the intersection of technology enablement and people development. You'll lead our AI and Airtable enablement efforts - translating strategy into adoption and measurable outcomes - while also owning the people programs that shape how team members onboard, learn, and grow. Across both areas, you'll partner with stakeholders throughout SP&O to ensure consistency, connection, and continuous improvement in everything we deliver.

  • Drive Airtable adoption and effective usage through an always-on, multi-channel approach to training, resources, and support

  • Develop high-impact use cases and ensure teams have the resources and processes to maximize the tools' value

  • Foster a data-driven culture to measure progress and inform planning

  • Collaborate team-wide to ensure consistent, connected experiences across all Global Comms enablement programs

  • Drive engagement with 3P development initiatives, bringing awareness and relevance to the GC audience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience leading change management initiatives, particularly those involving technology adoption and organizational enablement

  • Strong ability to translate complex strategies into clear, actionable plans for diverse audiences

  • Proven track record of building partnerships, motivating cross-functional teams, and navigating a matrixed organization

  • Demonstrated skill in evaluating processes and implementing scalable improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Airtable, with familiarity with the tool's capabilities for workflow management and reporting

  • Proficient AI user with strong prompting skills and understanding of use cases relevant to a communications organization

  • Experience with learning and development program design or people-focused enablement initiatives
