Looking for a solid warehouse job near %%location%%? We're hiring a Shipping Associate pro who know how to keep shipping and receiving rolling smooth. If you can handle freight, count it right, and work with a crew that's all about hustle, this one's for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review and print daily shipping lists
• Use pick lists to gather, pack, and label items securely and accurately
• Verify shipment accuracy using checklists and prep items for safe transport
• Coordinate outbound shipments with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers
• Enter shipping data, tracking info, and costs into internal systems
• Maintain spreadsheets and proprietary software
• Prepare materials for shipment including kitting and labeling
• Perform documentation, data entry, scanning, and filing
• Assist with pallet staging and truck loading as needed
• Collaborate with sales, deployment, and accounting teams
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide backup support in receiving, inventory, and general warehouse duties

What You Bring to the Table

• 1-2 years of experience in shipping or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with FedEx and/or UPS shipping systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Forklift experience preferred; certification a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer use
• Experience with MS Dynamics - Solomon is a plus
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
