Specialist, Tax Reporting & Compliance

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Tax Reporting and Compliance to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Support Wealth Management Tax and frontoffice team members with tax-related inquiries and daytoday tax processing needs
• Process tax payments and refund checks, and submit payments to various taxing authorities in a timely and controlled manner
• Accurately sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing income mail, ensuring proper handling, packaging, and addressing
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain alignment and accuracy across tax-related processes
• Manage risk by ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within tax reporting and operations

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor's degree in a business discipline preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in tax reporting or compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis.
