DaVita is currently looking for a standout Registered Nurse to join our Great Lakes Region 5 team as a Float RN! Based out of our Midland clinic, this is a true float position where you will travel to support our teams and patients across the region-from Alpena to Bad Axe and everywhere in between.

If you are an adaptable team player who loves variety and building relationships across multiple clinics, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You'll be stepping in to help where you're needed most, ensuring our patients receive the high-quality, life-saving care they deserve.

What You Can Expect:

• True Variety: No two days are exactly the same! You'll be traveling to different facilities within Region 5, supporting clinics that typically run about 13 chairs with similar hours.

• Autonomy & Leadership: As an experienced dialysis nurse, you will hit the ground running. You'll step into charge RN duties when needed, overseeing patient care and supporting our hard-working Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).

• Deep Connections: Even though you are floating, you are a core part of our Village. You'll build meaningful relationships with different Facility Administrators (FAs) and clinic teams, as well as the patients you see along the way.

• Comprehensive Support: You'll be reimbursed for your mileage and travel time when floating outside of your base clinic area.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience is Key: Because this role requires jumping right into action across different clinics, we are looking for a Registered Nurse with current or recent dialysis experience

• Flexibility & Adaptability: You are comfortable walking into a new clinic, assessing the floor, and seamlessly integrating with the team for the day

• A Team Player: You have a positive, "all for one" mentality and excellent communication skills

• Current RN License: An active Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan

• Reliable Transportation: Willingness and ability to travel across Great Lakes Region 5 (including Midland, Saginaw, Bad Axe, Alpena, etc.)
