We are hiring for a Master Scheduler who is ready to work closely with the Operations team, Planners, Purchasing, Product Managers and Sales groups to coordinate manufacturing plans that meet the Company's production plan objectives and customer commitment.

Job Requirements:

Are You Looking to


  • Be a key player in scheduled production meetings and communicate with all areas within the business providing direction and acquiring feedback to be utilized in the planning process.
  • Analyze and manage inventory levels, safety stocks, and other appropriate order modifiers to support changes in the business and external supplies, assuring inventory turns and stocking levels meet the production and sales plan. Support strategic direction and specific projects as directed by Supervisor.



Are You Ready to


  • Manage short term/long term capacities to minimize the cause for past due orders. Maintain appropriate communications within area of responsibility. Keep employees informed as to company/department's plans and progress.
  • Track and manage the accuracy and effectiveness of the master schedules to rationally adjust forecast and to continuously improve the overall master scheduling process.
  • Work cross-functionally to communicate proactively with customer service, sales, production and other relevant areas to ensure customer commitments align with production schedules, and any deviations are proactively shared with appropriate parties.



What You'll Need


  • BS/BA Degree in Business, Operations/Manufacturing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • APICS - CPIM certification or similar preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in analyzing data relating to product forecasting, master scheduling, asset management, or shipment forecasting.
  • Willing to work at our Reynosa, MX facility.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
