WhatYou'llBe Launching We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in .NET, React, and Python to help design and deliver secure, scalable, high-performance data and application platforms. This role combines backend platform engineering, modern frontend development, distributed systems, AI-driven workflows, and cloud-native infrastructure. You will work across the stack building APIs, AI-enabled services, data pipelines, visualization systems, and scalable distributed applications that support advanced analytics and operational capabilities. Your Mission (Should you choose to accept it) Develop backend services and APIs using C#/.NET Core. Build secure, responsive, and maintainable frontend applications using React. Implement 3D visualization and data-driven UI experiences using Three.js. Design and optimize SQL Server schemas, indexing strategies, and aggregation pipelines. Implement Redis-based caching and signaling systems. Build RAG pipelines, vector search integrations, and retrieval-optimized AI services. Develop agentic AI workflows using LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, or similar frameworks. Apply Secure SDLC practices across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and CI/CD workflows. Troubleshoot distributed-system performance and scalability issues. Deploy and maintain applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services. Collaborate with product, security, and data teams to define engineering standards and deliver high-quality systems. Pre-flight Checklist Strong experience building production systems in C#/.NET Core. Production-level React expertise including hooks, state management, and secure UI patterns. Experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures. Strong SQL/database optimization experience including indexing and schema design. Experience with Redis or similar in-memory data technologies. Hands-on experience with RAG frameworks, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines. Experience building agentic AI workflows using LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, or similar. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and AWS cloud services. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across full-stack and distributed environments. Understanding of secure architecture and Secure SDLC methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred). Bonus Cargo Experience with Three.js or advanced browser-based visualization frameworks. Familiarity with space-domain data or aerospace systems. Experience with streaming/event systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. Experience building AI-enabled enterprise platforms. Knowledge of observability/monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
