Description

Responsibilities:



  • Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
  • Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
  • Maintain clear and professional communication across all levels of casino operations
  • Coordinate departmental schedules, staffing updates, and administrative calendars
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize operational reports, employee records, and confidential documents
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls
  • Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping approvals, and attendance tracking
  • Place vendor orders, track deliveries, maintain inventory logs, and process invoices
  • Scan, upload, and maintain employee and operational documentation
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, and administrative orientation processes for new hires
  • Assist management with meeting preparation, reporting, and special projects
  • Investigate and help resolve team member concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Complete other duties as assigned



Compensation:



  • Target salary range: $25/hr

Physical Demands & Work Environment:



  • Lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds and frequently carry office supplies or operational materials
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday
  • Requires manual dexterity to operate office equipment and computer systems
  • Requires visual acuity to review reports, documentation, and operational systems
  • In this position, you may be exposed to bright lights, loud noise, and fast-paced casino operations

Qualifications
Experience
Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills (required)
Must have excellent customer service skills (required)
Ability to work cooperatively with leadership (required)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/payroll systems preferred (required)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy (required)
Previous experience in a casino or gaming environment preferred (required)
Two years of administrative, casino operations, or hospitality experience preferred (required)
High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative certification preferred (required)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board (required)
Must be 21 years of age or older (required)
