What You'll Do As our HR Generalist, you'll be at the heart of our organization-managing daily HR operations while driving initiatives that support employee engagement, growth, and organizational success. You will: * Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth, efficient processes * Administer and enhance HR policies, procedures, and programs * Manage and optimize HRIS systems and employee data * Support and strengthen employee relations and engagement * Lead and coordinate training and development programs * Assist with benefits, compensation, and performance management * Contribute to organizational development and workforce planning * Partner with leadership to provide strategic HR guidance * Help attract, develop, and retain top talent What You Bring * 4+ years of Human Resources experience * Strong knowledge across multiple HR functions (employee relations, HRIS, training, etc.) * A proactive, solutions-focused mindset * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams * Passion for fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture Why Join Us? Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
