Description We are seeking an experienced Business Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the Transformation Program. This role is accountable for owning and executing the integrated program plan, driving structured weekly governance, and leading business and collaborating with technology teams to deliver a complex, multi-workstream transformation in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong program management discipline, business leadership, and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment from strategy through to execution and cutover. ________________________________________ How You'll Make an Impact Program Leadership & Delivery Own the integrated business master plan across SAP S/4, PLM, and Shopify, ensuring alignment across all workstreams (business, IT, data, integration, and change). Lead delivery of in year transformation program, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are actively managed. Drive end-to-end program execution, from design through build, testing, cutover, and hypercare. Governance & Operating Model Establish and run structured weekly governance Ensure alignment with company business leads Implement strong program business controls including RAID, financial tracking, milestone tracking, and KPI reporting. Provide clear, executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and decision points. Business Leadership & Engagement Act as the senior leader across business functions (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, eCommerce), ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes. Lead business process design and optimisation, ensuring future-state processes are clearly defined, validated, and adopted. Serve as the bridge between business and technology, translating strategy into executable delivery plans. Planning & Execution Excellence Drive detailed business planning, ensuring readiness across process, data, people, and systems. Lead cutover planning and execution, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and a successful go-live across all platforms. Ensure tight coordination across interdependent systems and releases. Team Leadership & Culture Lead and inspire cross-functional business teams, fostering a high-performance, delivery-focused culture. Provide clarity, direction, and momentum in a timeline-critical environment. Influence senior stakeholders and resolve complex challenges with confidence and credibility. Skills Program management, Project management, sap, Microsoft project, Strategy Top Skills Details Program management,Project management,sap Additional Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience leading large-scale business and IT transformation programs. Proven track record delivering implementations across ERP technology stacks and digital commerce platforms (Shopify preferred). Demonstrated leadership of multi-workstream programs with complex dependencies. Program Management Strength Deep expertise in program governance, planning, and execution frameworks. Strong experience with cutover management, release planning, and business readiness. Ability to manage risk, dependencies, and critical path delivery in fast-paced environments. Business & Process Leadership Strong understanding of end-to-end retail and fashion processes (product lifecycle, merchandising, supply chain, order-to-cash). Proven ability to lead business process workshops and drive decision-making. Experience aligning business stakeholders around target operating models. Leadership & Influence Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage at executive and team levels. Strong presence with the ability to inspire, challenge, and motivate teams. Experience working in high-pressure, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
