Sustainability & Resiliency Services Intern
Terracon has an exciting internship opportunity to support ourSustainability & Resiliency Services (S+R)group, with a primary focus on theSustainability & Climate Solutionspractice. This internship will support projects across multiple industries and geographies, while working closely with our national sustainability team. In this official program, you will take part in a meaningful and engaging work experience as you work alongside experienced sustainability professionals and subject matter experts who are advancing climate-smart and resilient solutions for our clients. You will gain hands-on exposure to sustainability consulting, learning how data-driven insights, technical analysis, and collaboration across disciplines help organizations meet their environmental, social, and climate-related goals. You will be assigned a leader/mentor within theSustainability & Climate Solutionspractice. Your mentor will support your professional development, help you understand career pathways in sustainability consulting, and guide your technical skill development. You will learn how sustainability consulting services are delivered, how teams collaborate across service lines, and how Terracon partners with clients to turn sustainability goals into measurable outcomes. To ensure you are prepared for the internship, Terracon will provide required onboarding and safety training prior to starting. This training will help you understand Terracon's safety culture, quality management system, and expectations for professional conduct. You will alsohave the opportunity toparticipate in an intern cohort. The cohort experience allows you to connect with other interns across the company, learn about different service lines, and build your professional network. At the end of the summer, the cohort will collaborate on a presentation shared with Terracon leadership.
