Job Summary

The CCBSS Data Strategy & BI organization is responsible for collecting, managing, and stewarding a complex suite of business data for a broad array of stakeholders across the Coca-Cola system. The Business Intelligence Analyst I will employ insatiable curiosity, fastidious attention to detail, and a strong aptitude for data analysis and data concepts to deliver reporting products and services with excellent customer service. The objective of this role is to serve as a conduit between Coca-Cola's dense and highly nuanced data and reporting assets and the business teams that rely on them.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • BI & Reporting Projects (e.g. Power BI dashboards, custom data sets/feeds, etc.)-(40% of Time)

    • Interpret and deliver reporting requirements, ensuring results are accurate, logical, and performant.
    • Apply analytical and mathematical concepts to provide customers with meaningful, accurate business metrics (trend, impact analysis, segmentation, change contribution, penetration, churn, etc.)
    • Ensure deliverables are successfully adopted. Publish internal and external-facing documentation for your reporting solutions.
    • Deepen technical skills in a variety of technologies and applications by leveraging peer knowledge, online resources, and informal training materials
    • Work with manager and peers to rationalize disparate reporting methodologies, standardize approach where it makes sense, and promote transparency, consistency, and accessibility of Coca-Cola system data




Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reporting Services (e.g. data analysis and research, consultative support, etc.)-(40% of Time)

    • Develop subject matter expertise in Coca-Cola data, including data lineage and a thorough understanding of the business activities and concepts represented by the data.
    • Leverage subject matter expertise and efficient data querying and manipulation skills to perform research and analysis on data anomalies, data quality gaps, and business insights.


  • Stakeholder Engagement-(20% of Time)

    • Steward reporting projects and services through a variety of customer-facing avenues, including formal and informal presentations, training, and documentation.
    • Work closely with internal and external customers to understand their business routines, performance metrics, audience, and overall role in the Coca-Cola system
    • Act as an extension of customers' teams, anticipating needs and providing excellent service in analysis and reporting



Key Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in SQL, including joins and aggregations
  • Proficient with concepts of relational data, reporting, and data manipulation
  • Expert Excel skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and syntax
  • Articulate, precise communication of complex, technical, or data-oriented content
  • Proficient in PowerBI

Education Requirements

  • Minimum: High School or GED - With minimum required experience
  • Preferred: 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree

Years of Experience

1 to 4 years of experience in data analysis and reporting

Required Travel

Business travel is not anticipated to exceed 30% (3 days out of a 2-week period).

Hybrid Work Environment

CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location on a regular basis (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager's discretion. The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager's discretion and is subject to change depending on business needs.
