This individual will identify and engage top talent by leveraging ATS tools, assessments, and effective screening strategies to move candidates quickly through the hiring process. Success in this role requires strong candidate evaluation skills, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience-ensuring every candidate receives timely communication, transparency, and a respectful hiring journey from initial contact through onboarding. Responsibilities Manage high-volume hiring for direct care roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offers Handle large applicant pipelines while maintaining accurate ATS data Proactively build talent pipelines using ATS, job boards, referrals, agencies, LinkedIn, and more Own requisitions and meet recruiting performance goals Deliver a strong, consistent candidate experience Streamline processes to improve hiring efficiency and speed Skills & Abilities Ability to manage high-volume applicant flow and move candidates quickly through the process Experience handling multiple requisitions while maintaining ATS accuracy Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines Salary: $65-$68k, depending on experience Benefits Merakey offers generous benefits that promote well-being, financial security, and work-life balance, including: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus access to healthcare advocacy support.
