Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:



  • Candidates in consideration for this remote opportunity will be New Jersey or Delaware only.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Highschool Diploma and 2+ years of equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 1-2+ years of talent acquisition functional experience
  • High-volume, fast paced recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience in health care recruiting is an asset
  • Communication and candidate experience skills are a necessity
  • Travel required up to 25%

Merakey is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring for hourly direct care roles in a fast-paced environment. This individual will identify and engage top talent by leveraging ATS tools, assessments, and effective screening strategies to move candidates quickly through the hiring process. Success in this role requires strong candidate evaluation skills, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience-ensuring every candidate receives timely communication, transparency, and a respectful hiring journey from initial contact through onboarding.


Responsibilities



  • Manage high-volume hiring for direct care roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offers
  • Handle large applicant pipelines while maintaining accurate ATS data
  • Proactively build talent pipelines using ATS, job boards, referrals, agencies, LinkedIn, and more
  • Own requisitions and meet recruiting performance goals
  • Deliver a strong, consistent candidate experience
  • Streamline processes to improve hiring efficiency and speed


Skills & Abilities



  • Ability to manage high-volume applicant flow and move candidates quickly through the process
  • Experience handling multiple requisitions while maintaining ATS accuracy
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines


Salary: $65-$68k, depending on experience
