We are looking for a dependable and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead staff, maintain production and sales goals, and create a positive shopping and donation experience for customers and donors. What You'll Do * Supervise, train, and support store employees * Manage store scheduling, staffing, and daily operations * Oversee donation processing, pricing, merchandising, and sales floor presentation * Monitor and communicate daily production and sales goals * Ensure excellent customer service and donor relations * Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies * Handle cash management, deposits, and register procedures * Work with Regional Management to improve store operations and performance * Support onboarding and training completion for new employees * Help maintain inventory control and minimize product loss * This individual will be assigned to various locations as needed.
