What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain assigned office, warehouse, and facility areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash throughout the facility
• Clean restrooms, breakrooms, windows, mirrors, furniture, and common areas
• Perform laundry duties and replace linens as needed
• Safely mix and use cleaning chemicals according to company guidelines
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers and floor buffers
• Maintain cleaning supplies and report inventory needs
• Support general housekeeping projects and facility upkeep
• Complete additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facility cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate industrial cleaning equipment
• Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a background screening
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Janitorial or custodial experience
• Experience using commercial floor scrubbers, buffers, and other industrial cleaning equipment
• Experience cleaning warehouse, manufacturing, or office environments
