As a Clinical Team Manager with VNS Health Hospice Care, you'll lead and support an interdisciplinary team in delivering compassionate, high-quality hospice care. You'll combine your clinical expertise with people leadership, coaching, quality improvement, and operational decision-making while continuing to grow your leadership capabilities. Coach, develop and support team members while fostering engagement, collaboration, and professional growth. Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, including caseload management, productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance. Partner across Hospice Care to advance quality improvement, education, and operational initiatives. Support staff training and performance while creating an inclusive culture focused on continuous improvement. Qualifications What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in nursing, Health or Human Services, or equivalent work experience Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license and registration Minimum of three years of clinical hospice experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Pay Range USD $114,500.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
