The Quality Compliance Sr. Manager is responsible for monitoring, engaging, supporting, and training manufacturing, distribution, and sales for Quality Compliance, Food Safety, Regulatory, Brand, and Certification requirements for the assigned territories. The Quality Compliance Sr, Manageris also responsible for communicating with and presenting to internal and external stakeholders; providing strategic guidance and resources to support and improve processes related to Quality functions that will enhance the customer experience; and providing support for manufacturing, distribution, and sales. The role will require travel throughout the territory they are assigned and attending meetings with cross-functional teams when scheduled. Additionally, this role is responsible for Business planning for plants to achieve Quality, Food Safety, CMS, ISO, and regulatory goals; facilitating Plant training activities including but not limited to GMP, sanitation processes, process capability, ISO compliance, FDA compliance, and QA personnel competency; leading process improvement management activities including but not limited to process extensions for capacity growth, new product qualifications, equipment installation validations, and new production line qualification.
