Job Title: Senior PowerBuilder Developer

Location(s): Richmond, VA
(Hybrid: On-site 3-4 days/week required)

Project Overview:
Seeking a senior-level PowerBuilder Developer to provide analysis, support, and maintenance for a legacy Integrated Revenue Management System (IRMS), along with development and implementation of interfaces between a modern tax platform and the legacy system during a multi-phase modernization initiative. The role requires collaboration within an Agile team environment.

Highly Preferred Skills:

Technical expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining tax processing and revenue management systems
Product knowledge of IRMS or related revenue management systems

Required Skills:

7+ years of experience developing PowerBuilder applications using PowerBuilder 12.5 or higher
5+ years of experience with relational databases such as Oracle 19c+, MySQL, or similar
Experience developing interfaces with FileNet applications
Experience developing REST API integrations
Ability to design and develop clear, maintainable code
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project tracking tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills
Ability to analyze, assess, and clarify requirements with cross-functional teams
Experience working independently and collaboratively in Agile environments
Participation in design, architecture, and requirements discussions related to PowerBuilder applications
