General Responsibilities:

The Receptionist (Administrative Assistant I) is responsible for creating a positive first impression for our company. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere. This role is vital in maintaining a well-organized and efficient front office, contributing to the overall success of our Raleigh operations.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Priority job duties:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, ensuring a prompt and courteous response.
  • Greet and assist visitors, offering guidance and a warm welcome to our office.

Secondary job duties:

  • Manage and maintain a tidy and well-stocked reception area and break room.
  • Keep track of office supply inventory and orders as needed.

  • Assist with scheduling conference rooms for meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure the reception area is presentable and represents the company's brand.
  • Handle mail distribution and package deliveries.
  • Perform other clerical tasks as directed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
