Job Summary**

Oversee daily warehouse operations and a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of medical-surgical product orders from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM until completion of daily tasks. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and customer service.

Location: Tolleson, AZ

Job Responsibilities**

* Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, including performance management and scheduling.
* Monitor and manage daily operational workflows, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes, to meet performance targets.
* Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, FDA).
* Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse facility and equipment, identifying and reporting any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
* Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
* Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in inventory control activities.
* Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer service, transportation) to ensure seamless operations.
* Prepare and present operational reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
* Perform hands-on warehouse duties as required to support the team and meet operational goals.

Job Qualifications**
*Typically requires 3+ years ofsubject matter experienceincluding exhibiting leadership
capabilities
* High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
* Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM until daily tasks are completed, which may include overtime.
* Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
* Knowledge of medical-surgical products or pharmaceutical distribution is a plus.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $57,400 - $95,600
