We have an exciting opening for a Maintenance Technician III located in New Hope, MN. This position will provide entry-level maintenance support for assembly equipment in a hydraulic actuator manufacturing environment by responding to operator line calls, performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting basic equipment issues, and escalating and communicating problems and improvement ideas to engineers and higher-level technicians while following required safety practices.

Your main responsibilities would include -

  • Act as first responder to operator line calls; verify correct tools are available and equipment is functioning properly.
  • Troubleshoot and correct simple issues on assembly equipment; escalate non-routine problems to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., filter changes, lubrication/greasing, relief valve adjustments).
  • Assist with building and setting up new assembly stations as directed and as capable.
  • Report equipment issues and downtime drivers to engineers and higher-level technicians.
  • Identify and communicate ideas for equipment/process improvements impacting safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Apply basic knowledge of assembly equipment/processes, electrical and hydraulic circuits, and hydraulic unit function.
  • Use hand tools and standard computer applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Follow safety requirements and complete required LOTO/electrical hazard training.

Who we are looking for talent with -

  • High School Degree or Equivalent Required.

  • Familiar with assembly processes and equipment.

  • Ability to read and correctly interpret work instructions, process sheets, etc.

  • Verbal communication at a level to provide meaningful feedback to internal and external customers.

  • Basic math skills with the ability to convert metric measurements into standard measurements.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule

Competitive Compensation

  • Pay Range: $25.77 per hour with the ability to earn up to $30.78 per hour.

  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
