Position Summary

Position Summary

This role is responsible for assembling and testing products according to Engineering drawings and procedures.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Ensures a safe work environment and adheres to all safety procedures.

  • Active on natural High Performance Team (HPT).

  • Comprehends and assembles products according to Engineering drawings and methods.

  • Independently tests subassemblies and final products for at least three product lines per ATPs.

  • Ensures appropriate product documentation is complete and accurate.

  • Monitors quality and accuracy of products manufactured.

  • Packages and backflushes finished product.

  • Ensures work area meets 5S standards and performs 5S activities daily.

  • Uses computer to support required tasks (ie. check stock, review and print drawings/work instructions, and utilize the labeling systems).

  • Other duties as assigned and requested by the Value Stream Team Leader

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1+ of years of electrical mechanical assembly experience preferred.

SKILLS:

  • Mechanical/electrical ability.
  • Computer skills.
  • Ability to read and understand Engineering drawings and procedures.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule

Competitive Compensation

  • Pay Range: $21.37/hr to $29.92/hr
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
