Compass Oncology is seeking a Pharmacy Oncology Clinical Specialist to join our team in a hybrid, Monday-Friday position, playing a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered oncology care. As an Pharmacy Oncology Clinical Specialist at Compass Oncology, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care by reviewing new treatment orders and helping shape and advance clinical pharmacy services across the organization. In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with Compass Oncology practice teams, leadership, and McKesson colleagues to develop and optimize processes that ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care while supporting our commitment to clinical excellence and regulatory compliance. Employment Type: Full-Time, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, M-F hybrid schedule Salary Range: $106,154.85 - $220,475.46 salaried **Final offer amounts are determined by a review of the candidate's applicable experience and qualifications, as well as, internal employee equity considerations.
