Role Summary

Operating at the strategic intersection of software engineering, generative AI, and high-velocity asset production, the Creative Systems Architect functions as the principal technical anchor within an embedded, always-on creative production studio. Dedicated to a premier global technology client in the AI space, this role bridges front-end creative tooling with enterprise-level technology frameworks.

Rather than focusing solely on traditional creative execution or passive automation support, the Creative Systems Architect designs, deploys, and continuously optimizes strategic technical infrastructure. The position is pivotal in championing the strategic deployment of the client's proprietary 1P AI capabilities alongside vetted 3P tools. By establishing repeatable systems, technical governance standards, and automated rendering pipelines, the Creative Systems Architect powers high-volume Direct Response (DR) assets and multi-market localization across the US and LATAM, driving operational speed, regional expansion, and ROI performance.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise AI Infrastructure & Strategic Architecture

  • Architect, deploy, and govern enterprise-grade AI/ML pipelines, combining the client's proprietary 1P generative AI models with vetted 3P production platforms to automate and optimize the end-to-end creative lifecycle.
  • Lead multi-agent engineering setups, prompt library architecture, and automated content generation workflows tailored for studio-wide adoption.
  • Define and oversee the enterprise technology architecture for creative systems (including headless CMS integrations, enterprise DCO engines, and DAM/MAM pipelines) to ensure cross-system security, interoperability, and scalability.
  • Connect performance telemetry and media data engines to automated creative workflows, enabling programmatic, real-time asset optimization at scale.

High-Volume Asset Execution & Pipeline Automation

  • Build, deploy, and govern high-velocity production pipelines designed for Direct Response (DR) digital marketing assets across multi-channel campaign ecosystems.
  • Architect modular design systems, dynamic template schemas, and programmatic rendering pipelines to enable rapid asset resizing, dynamic personalization, and multi-language localization across thousands of variants in US and LATAM markets.
  • Interface 1P creative platforms directly with performance media channels (e.g., DCO, programmatic display, social media platforms) to accelerate overall asset throughput.

Technical Governance, Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Define, implement, and maintain rigorous technical QA specifications and automated validation testing frameworks for all automated and AI-generated outputs.
  • Establish visual fidelity, resolution, brand consistency, and platform specification benchmarks across all digital media formats.
  • Enforce strict compliance across all automation pipelines with data privacy standards, IP safety guidelines, brand safety protocols, and enterprise content governance.
  • Serve as the principal technical authority across Creative Directors, Software Engineers, and AdTech partners to maintain resilient, platform-compliant production architectures.

System Optimization & Experimental Prototyping

  • Stress-test and optimize 1P AI capabilities and frontier features, providing operational feedback to internal technology leads and platform product teams to influence tool roadmaps.
  • Actively identify bottlenecks in production environments, building custom scripts, Node/Python tools, or REST/GraphQL API integrations to continuously reduce turnaround times.
  • Lead technical prototyping for experimental campaign formats, emerging AI features, interactive digital formats, and novel media technologies (e.g., spatial computing, real-time rendering).

Regional Expansion & Business Impact

  • Align architectural and technical choices with broader client business objectives, accelerating market entry and optimizing unit economics across US and LATAM expansion strategies.
  • Develop repeatable systems, technical playbooks, and automated workflows that enable the seamless scaling of global campaign frameworks across multi-region markets.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience & Background

  • 7+ years of progressive experience as a Creative Systems Architect, Creative Technologist, Systems Automation Lead, or Solutions Architect within high-volume production studios, agencies, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Proven track record supporting global tech brands, client-embedded production studios, or enterprise-scale marketing ecosystems.

Scripting & Systems Engineering

  • Languages & APIs: Advanced proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, and RESTful/GraphQL API integration.
  • System Architecture: Strong experience in microservices architecture, serverless computing, and backend/frontend creative engineering.

AI/ML Ecosystem Expertise

  • Generative Models: Demonstrable experience architecting workflows using enterprise LLMs (e.g., Gemini) and generative image, synthetic video, vision, and audio models.
  • Prompt Engineering: Expert-level knowledge in prompt engineering, prompt library management, and multi-agent workflow orchestration.

Creative Tools & Production Platforms

  • Tool Suite Automation: Deep experience programmatically controlling design suites and creative engines (e.g., Adobe ExtendScript, Figma API, After Effects automation modules, real-time 3D environments).
  • Digital Ecosystems: Comprehensive understanding of digital ad formats (HTML5, social video, programmatic display), DCO engine architecture, DAM/MAM infrastructure, and media distribution systems.
  • Multi-Market Localization: Hands-on experience building dynamic, multi-language asset templates and systems for global markets.

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a significant advantage due to regional LATAM focus.

Desired Leadership & Personal Attributes

  • Strategic Problem Solver: Ability to look beyond passive technical support to design end-to-end operational and technical infrastructure.
  • Cross-Functional Bridge: Adept at translating complex AI technical frameworks into actionable workflows for Creative Directors, Art Directors, Data Engineers, and Marketing Partners.
  • Craft & Quality Focused: Passionate about maintaining craft standards, brand safety, and technical precision even when generating thousands of automated variations at velocity.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Savvy: Familiarity with enterprise cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes) and serverless media processing pipelines.
  • Executive Presence: Strong technical leadership with the ability to articulate high-level system architecture and AI roadmaps to executive leadership.

For New York and California applicants: The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,00 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location.
