Summary:

The Inventory Management Specialist is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels for procedural areas including Surgical and Cath Lab supplies, ensuring the availability of critical materials to support patient care. This role involves tracking, ordering, and replenishing surgical and interventional cardiology supplies while optimizing inventory costs and preventing waste. The specialist works closely with clinical teams to forecast demand, monitor usage, and manage expiration dates, ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years of Inventory management experience in a hospital setting.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 3:30pm

Grandfather Clause:

Employees previously established in the Supply Chain Technician job profile who do not meet the updated educational or certification requirements listed above (as of Feb 21, 2026) shall be deemed qualified for their current position based on equivalent professional experience. This status is specific to the current role and level; further advancement within the organization's technical track may require fulfillment of the updated qualification standards.
