Location: Taylor, TX

Pay: $24 - $30 per hour

Our client is seeking a bilingual Korean Translator / Shipping Coordinator to support shipping operations and serve as the primary communication bridge between their team and a key customer site in Taylor, TX.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including dispatching and tracking shipments.
• Serve as the main liaison between the company and customer personnel, communicating in Korean and English.
• Partner with customer staff to manage shipping priorities and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records through data entry and reporting.
• Provide customer service support and assist with shipment-related inquiries.
• Occasionally travel to the company's production facility in Manor, TX.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong data entry, communication, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
