The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in a complex environment, effectively guiding and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. They will have a proven track record of building and growing a highly engaged team, along with previous experience navigating regulatory surveys and requirements in an ambulatory procedural setting. Additionally, the candidate will possess effective communication skills to meet the needs of multiple locations and modified schedules. This is an onsite role supporting bothPortlandandKennebunk Mainelocations.

Summary:
The Manager - Clinical Ambulatory Care is responsible for supervising and overseeing all operational aspects of the clinical department, including clinical services and staffing needs. The Clinical Manager is responsible for coordinating the clinical work flow in order to provide the most efficient, effective, safe and comprehensive patient care. The Clinical Manager will work with physicians, midlevel providers and clinical staff to increase the volume of clinical outpatient services, referral process, patient flow, and maximize the productivity of each practice location.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current State of Maine RN license required. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  3. Experience: Five years of experience in the nursing field required. Supervisory experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $104,956.80to $141,980.80per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
