What You'll Do



  • Create 3D models and detailed drawing layouts using specialized design software.
  • Help turn conceptual designs for experiential marketing solutions into buildable, functional solutions.
  • Utilize automation software for programming and part layouts.
  • Design wiring schematics and custom circuit boards using electronic design automation tools.
  • Integrate microcontrollers for controls and interactivity.
  • Collaborate directly with project managers and shop leads on fabrication.
  • Participate hands-on in production to support and refine build quality.


What You'll Bring (Required Skills)



  • Quick thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced shop and production environment.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools, or the ability to quickly master new design software.
  • A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach with a strong desire for continuous growth.


Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have)



  • An interest in or direct experience with computer numerical control (CNC) machining, 3D printing, electronics, or fabrication.
  • Exceptional adaptability and a keen critical thinking mindset, particularly valuable for entry-level candidates eager to learn and contribute.
