Position SummaryChildren's Specialized Hospital is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse Residents to join our nationally recognized pediatric rehabilitation team. The RN Resident Program is designed to support newly licensed nurses as they transition into professional nursing practice through mentorship, clinical training, and hands-on experience in pediatric rehabilitation nursing. Under the guidance of experienced nursing leaders and interdisciplinary team members, the RN Resident provides safe, evidence-based, patient- and family-centered care to children and adolescents with complex medical, developmental, and rehabilitation needs. The RN Resident develops clinical judgment, strengthens critical thinking skills, and gains expertise in delivering specialized rehabilitation care while fostering positive outcomes for patients and families.
