Description
Coakley and Williams is hiring a Project Scheduler (Commercial Construction) to join our team in Bethesda, MD. The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, managing, and analyzing construction project schedules across preconstruction and active project phases. This role partners with project teams, preconstruction, and clients to ensure accurate timelines, identify risks, and support successful project delivery.

Wage Transparency: In accordance with the Maryland Wage Transparency Law, the base salary range for this position is: $95,000-$130,000 yr. Coakley & Williams Construction offers a comprehensive total compensation and benefits package that includes health, dental and vision coverage, employer-matched 401(k), paid time off and holidays, performance-based bonuses, wellness programs, and other voluntary benefits and leave types. The determination of salary is based on the candidate's individual professional experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training.
