Senior Strategic Engagement Director - Corporate Location: Arlington, VA / Hybrid or Remote Opportunity Hanover Research is seeking a Senior Strategic Engagement Director to serve as a strategic partner to the Corporate Sales team, helping prospects translate complex business challenges into actionable research programs. This role works closely with Sales Directors, Research Teams, Marketing, leadership, external panel partners and Revenue Operations to design research solutions, assess feasibility, develop project scopes and pricing, secure recruitment estimates for quantitative and qualitative studies, and create compelling proposals and RFP responses. In addition, this role will use their experience to streamline and improve the Strategic Engagement function. The Senior Strategic Engagement Director acts as a consultative bridge between sales, research and revenue operations, ensuring proposed approaches align with client objectives, methodological best practices, operational realities, and Hanover's capabilities. This position also contributes to sales enablement, proposal process improvement, thought leadership, and strategic initiatives that support corporate revenue growth. Responsibilities:

Compensation Hanover Research strives to create compensation and benefits programs that are competitive,equitable,and fair. The On Target Earning (OTE) range for this role is $115,000 - $204,000 per year, which iscomprisedof a base salary range from $85,000 - $150,000 and a variable uncapped commission structure ranging from $30,000 - $54,000 when goal is 100% obtained for this role.Please note that the base salary offered is contingent on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
