Coke Florida is looking for a Sr Manager, Supply Chain Digital Transformation based out of our Tampa HQ location.
Position Overview
The Sr Manager, Supply Chain Digital Transformation is responsible for leading the digitization of supply chain processes, documentation, workflows, and analytics across Coke Florida's Product Supply Network. This role partners with Supply Chain Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders to create a connected, data-driven operating environment that improves visibility, decision-making, speed, accuracy, productivity, and service across the end-to-end supply chain.
The position serves as a key catalyst for modernizing operational processes through digital solutions, standardizing process documentation, improving data accessibility, and driving adoption of new technologies and ways of working. This role will help establish a digitally connected supply chain by integrating people, processes, systems, and information to enable operational excellence and sustainable business performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
Digital Transformation Leadership
- Lead the identification, prioritization, and implementation of digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, warehouse, transportation, fleet, inventory, and equipment services operations.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Technology teams to digitize manual and paper-based processes, improving efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.
- Integrate digital initiatives in the Supply Chain roadmaps aligned with Product Supply Network strategic objectives.
Process Documentation & Standardization
- Establish and maintain electronic process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process maps.
- Drive standardization of supply chain processes across the network.
- Develop governance practices to ensure process documentation remains current, accessible, and aligned with operational requirements.
Digital Workflow & Process Improvement
- Design digital and/or automation-based workflows that simplify work, eliminate waste, and improve execution consistency.
- Facilitate process mapping and business process redesign efforts to improve operational effectiveness with clear measurable outcomes and metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, root cause problem solving, and workflow optimization.
Data & Analytics Enablement
- Partner with stakeholders to improve operational visibility through data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- Define business requirements for dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting at all levels, including concise, executive-level summaries and insuring supply chain metrics and formulas are integrated into company dashboards.
- Support development of digital tools that provide actionable insights to frontline teams and leaders.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, process improvement, business transformation, digital transformation, information systems, or related fields.
- Experience documenting, standardizing, and improving business processes.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively across operational and technology teams.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in beverage manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), logistics, Continuous Improvement, or supply chain operations.
- Experience with workflow automation, process management, analytics, reporting, and digital transformation platforms.
- Knowledge of supply chain systems such as ERP, WMS, TMS, MES, or related technologies.
- Experience supporting organizational change management and technology adoption.
