ABOUT THE POSITION The Channel Merchandising Manager leads the development and execution of channel-specific merchandising strategies, ensuring the delivery of consumer-right assortments, strong brand storytelling in-market, and profitable product mixes across key accounts. This role oversees a team responsible for day-to-day account execution, translating brand vision into compelling assortments and product narratives that resonate at the channel level. The Manager partners closely with Sales, Planning, and Marketing to drive account engagement, establish a clear product point of view, and build bottom-up forecasts that maximize revenue and profitability. As a key leader, this role ensures alignment between channel strategy and execution, while developing team capabilities and driving consistent, high-quality outcomes across accounts.
