**Position Details**

Position: Lead Ambassador

Location: Downtown Cleveland - Parking Garage/Lot

Hourly Rate: $17-$19/hour

Schedule: Full time, 5 days/week 3:30pm-12am

The Spirit of the Position:

The Lead Ambassador provides a high level of customer service to all garage parkers with a warm welcome, smiling face, while maintaining the garage and it's upkeep.

What Will I Do?


  • Greet all customers courteously and assist them by answering any questions they may have. If necessary, direct the customer to the Facility Manager for further assistance.
  • Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized, all with a smile on your face!
  • Provide a self-reliant attitude when needed. Must be able to work with or without supervision.
  • Ensure garages and surface lots are maintained and cleaned on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for general maintenance of the garage and surface lots - sweeping, wiping down surfaces and equipment, emptying trash, picking up trash, changing light bulbs, painting etc.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands:


  • Willingness to work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 40 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
