Join the Thermach Team! Thermach is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our Logistics & Finishing Team in Appleton, Wisconsin. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in leading and producing high-quality work. As a member of our team, you'll play an important role in preparing finished products for shipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customers receive products that meet Thermach's quality standards. What You'll Do Prepare and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Package products according to customer and company specifications Label, palletize, and prepare shipments for delivery Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with production and shipping teams to meet daily schedules Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or finishing experience is a plus but not required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Basic computer skills are helpful Why Join Thermach?
